  • Our facility houses both a traditional gym, our Crossfit gym, and the Junction City School of Dance.
  • We have ample free weights as well as machines for cardio and strength needs.
  • Separate from the traditional gym we have a separate space that houses our Crossfit facility.
  • To accommodate any schedule we also have locker rooms equipped with showers and two tanning beds in our lobby. 
  • Free to all members we have Yoga and Piyo classes.
  • Try 3 free Crossfit classes free. (Saturday 9am always free to public)

A little message from the instructor...

My name is Katia and I am a PiYo and Lean Body instructor!  I love group fitness and I am happy to be bring classes to  JCFIT! One of my favorite things is sharing  workouts with a room full of passionate people. Together we will grow through PiYo and I will help you build strength, flexibility, and balance. Piyo is a music driven discipline inspired by Pilates and Yoga, blending elements of each. It's athletic, intense and appropriate for any  fitness level. Can't wait to meet you all.
